Cancellation / Refunds: Only accepted before the digital files or proofs are sent. Once the files are emailed / sent or cards are shipped NO refunds / cancellation will be given.
Digital FIles: Not accepted after the high-resolution digital file has been emailed to you.
Printed Cards: Not accepted after the proof is emailed to you.
When submitting initially and receiving your proofs please make sure it's exactly the way you want it to be printed. **The proof you approve for print will be the version that is printed.
